The goal and technical focus of the company was on BSS, and this initiated with the implementation of the Hot Billing pilot project in the Central Province Telecommunication Company in 2006. The results became distinctive due to its achievements in the technical, financial and subscriber services area, and this success was welcomed by telecommunications companies in other provinces, and the growth started.

 Over the past decade, this product has been evaluated, technically revised frequently, and in the final stage was completed, based on the international standards in the Telecom sector. The product migrated from the fixed telephone Billing project to the billing service know as CBS. By providing a latest solution, all the current needs and services in executive and operational areas to generate revenue for ITC in all 31 provinces with 30 million subscribers are met.

The product has excellent domestic features in terms of technical, financial and subscriber services. It covers all the needs and demands in a centralized way. Currently, this product is providing more than 50 services in a centralized Billing system with over 30 million subscribers as mentioned.

In one of the largest technology projects in Iran, NAAB Group implemented a Service & Operations Management Platform in the same company; It can server over 30 million active subscribers efficiently where sustainability and flexibility on a national scale matter. In short, the project has reduced support costs, prevented revenue leakage, and boosted subscriber satisfaction.

Prominent feature of the experience

The prominent feature of the experience was the transfer of the knowledge to the local experts at the ITC Company to maintain and develop their system without any dependencies.
